With Labor Day almost right around the corner ... signifying the end of the carefree days of summer ... let's get serious one more time about LAUGHTER!
We all need more laughter in our lives ... and doing Laughter Yoga is a great way to release tension, lower BP, oxygenate our organs, and make us feel GOOD!
So we'll gather on my rooftop terrace, (with a great view of NYC btw) and laugh our troubles away!

For those of you who have never done Laughter Yoga, no special clothes are needed, nor a yoga mat ... just the willingness to laugh for no reason! ('cept to get healthier!)
