Well I hope all of you have your shopping done by now! If not ... and you're stressed out about it ... this would be a great time to do some Laughter Yoga!
30-40 mins of Laughter exercises will put things in perspective and you'll breeze through the next few days and really enjoy the holiday!
This will be the first time offering Laughter Yoga at the Muhlenberg, and I hope there will be a big turnout. If there is ... I've reserved a couple of dates in February and March so we can continue our Laughter Yoga exercises here.
Laughter is the Best Medicine. Humans were designed to laugh. Laughter is nature's stress-buster. Laugh yourself healthy! We all know that laughter makes us feel good. A regular 20 minute laughter session can have a profound impact on our health and well-being. Laughter is gentle exercise. It fills your lungs and body with oxygen, deep-clears your breathing passages and exercises your lungs. This is really important for people who don't get regular aerobic exercise.
If this is something you'd like to explore locally, RSVP for the next MeetUp day & time, and a way for you to be contacted. For this experience there is NO LIMIT to the amount of people who may attend (unless specified otherwise), and no previous knowledge of yoga is required, no mat is needed, just come as you are, wear flat shoes, and be willing to laugh 'for no reason at all'!
