Learn to Golf Lesson - A Benefit for Austin Flood Relief

12/6/13 Update: The Learn to Golf Lesson will be rescheduled for Sun., 12/15 starting at 9am. Please contact me with your class preference: 

9am-11am or 11am-1pm or 1pm-3pm 

A minimum of 3 students are needed for each class to make. Please contact me with questions. Thank you for your support and understanding! 

Meet in the open air pavillion near the driving range. Pay by cash or local check. 


Update: A rain date of Sat., 12/14 has been added. Please follow this post for future updates. If we reschedule for 12/14 the classes will start at 8:30am and continue at 10:30am and 12:30pm. 

Would you like to help your neighbors in South Austin whose property and lives were effected by the recent Halloween floods?

How can you help? Join us on Saturday, 12/7 and take one of the 2-hour classes offered starting at 8:30am.

All of the net proceeds will be donated to the relief effort via the Red Cross or the Austin Disaster Relief Network.

No golf clubs or experience necessary.

Scott Johnson, the host and golf instructor has 16 years of teaching experience and many hundreds of hours volunteering in Central Texas.

Class schedule: 8:30am-10:30am (please arrive at 8:20am)

10:30am-12:30am (please arrive at 10:20am)

12:30pm-2:30pm (please arrive at 12:20pm) - PLEASE SPECIFY YOUR PREFERRED CLASS TIME.  A maximum of 5 students per class. PLEASE SIGN UP EARLY.

Cost: $25.00 + $4.00 for range balls
