Suitable for beginners and experienced people. Exercises are done with eyes closed to emphasize internal experience over doing everything perfectly. This Kriya or set of exercises is specifically designed to pump up your personal magnetism. We will be using a meditative focus, a panting breath and chanting to increase our energy and endorphins with very little, if any, sweat. In addition to strengthening the health and well-being of the physical body, it is very useful for emotional balance, mental clarity, stress relief. It is the original and most powerful form of yoga for personal transformation.
