Whether you are looking to close a sale for business or close the sale to get the job, this talk will add value. Pam Hudadoff will be speaking on "Persuasive Momentum". Without persuasive momentum, you will never close a sale. So, why haven't you heard about it before? Because selling used to be much simpler than it is today. Buyers now have many more channels from which to obtain information, and they
take advantage of all of those channels to help them in their buying process. In this month's meetup, we will discuss techniques that can be used to create persuasive momentum in your marketing and sales activities. When this meeting is over, attendees will be able to:


  • Understand what persuasive momentum is and what it looks like.
  • Identify activities where persuasive momentum is never established or is lost.
  • Get into the mind of your buyer using buyer personas.
  • Use the prospect’s buying process to align marketing and sales activities.
  • Design persuasive momentum into the marketing and sales processes.

Pam Hudadoff is a senior marketing professional specializing in designing persuasive buying systems. She established her expertise over 17 years in market development, product marketing, and marketing communications while in positions at IBM, Sun Microsystems, and iPlanet. The integration of all of these skills has lead her to the discipline of designing persuasive momentum into marketing and sales activities. Her goal is to educate marketing and sales organizations on the persuasive momentum techniques that accelerate sales. Pam is principal at Applied Product Marketing LLC.

    Good topic. Great Speaker!

    I thought $20 was a lot to pay for a meetup event. I have been to may others with much more content that are free.

    I would go again if it was free and there were more people there.

    Mitchell seems to want to sell books or attract potential authors. I felt like I was paying $20 and being sold to as certain points.

    Out of the 12-15 people there it seemed like 3-5 of them were wanting to sell services to me. I would prefer more active marketing professionals so we could discuss current issues or techniques.
