  • Hi Everyone

Hope you are all doing well and having a great Friday night...  Seems like this group is broadening the type of activities we do and as a result, i have something that i would like to introduce to you, and invite you to as well.  I believe it will be an exciting way of doing some good, meeting wonderful people and building a more authentic connection.... All of which is worth drinking to:-)

Are you ambitious? Do you want to build more meaningful friendships? And want to do more good?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then please keep reading. If you answered No, then keep reading anyway;-)

One day we will live in a world where every person will have a real chance to live the lives they dream of? Where every person has the freedom, opportunities & resources they need to be happy, healthy, honorable and has a real chance to live the lives they dream of.

At present, we don’t live in that world. In the future we will. In order to go from where we are, to where we belong, we need to bridge the gap. We bridge the gap by coming up with bold new ideas, create courageous communities and build on common ground.

I’ve come up with something that achieves all of the above…. It will help you achieve your ambitions and become more successful quicker. You will meet new people that become good friends, good friends that turn into meaningful relationships. You will make a difference, do more good and feel good while you do it.

And guess what. The first meeting is completely free.

Here’s a brief summary of what to expect.

Part 1… Make a difference in your own life…

    • Network for career purposes, get advice on fitness or nutrition regimen, plan your next vacation, make new friends, socialize with those of similar values, ideals and beliefs… etc etc etc.. You choose for yourself what goals you have, and what support you need to achieve things quicker.

Part 2… Make a difference in someone else’s life

    • Help someone else, the way you way you yourself want to be helped. And in so doing you feel like you’ve done real good and see that person grow with time. It truly is one of the most rewarding things to experience.

Part 3… Make a difference in the life of someone you don’t know, locally or globally.

    • Thru a number of causes, details at the bottom. I will be happy to collaborate, develop consensus and constructively build on common ground

If you are ambitious, social and want to do more good. If you want to do your fair share to help create a better world. Where we all have a real chance to live the lives we dream of. Then I look forward to seeing you on Dec 5th.

A little bit about me. I’m a social entrepreneur who invented a product. Will manufacture my product in a people & planet positive way. Meaning that every employee will earn atleast a living wage, with quality benefits (in healthcare, education, housing, pension & emergency) and products are made in an environmentally positive way. Got one round of financing and will get more at the right time. But before I launch my product, I want to make sure I’ve done everything I can to actualize the best of what’s possible, even if it means being less profitable, going beyond my comfort zone and thinking way outside the box. As a result, I have come up and tested a program that teaches teens how to make a difference and they earn scholarship money based on how much of a difference they make. I’ve also come up with a program that I want to introduce to each of you. To find out what I have created, you will have to come out on Dec 5th.

PS The causes I would like us to consider making a difference on are as follows… Pro-Animal causes, Blood, organ, bone marrow donation, homeless issues, Habitat for humanity, feeding hungry kids, locally and globally, malaria, microfinance, girl’s & women’s issues and I’m receptive to other ideas as well.

    1. Why Donate Blood.. Because according to the red cross, nearly 1 in 2 people will need or know someone who will need a blood transfusion in their life.
    2. Why sign up to be an organ donor… after we die, obviously we won’t be needing our organs anymore, but we can leave a lasting legacy by saving someone's life
    3. Why be a bone marrow donor.. there are many blood cancers, it’s nearly incurable disease except for bone marrow, you can have a unique impact by saving someone’s life.
    4. Why homeless issues… every time we see a homeless person, it cultivates apathy, despair and injustice. A rich country like ours should never have a homeless problem
    5. Why habitat for humanity… building a house is fun and knowing that a family will be living in that house is a great enduring thing
    6. Why feed hungry kids, locally or globally? …. You don’t need me to answer that question for you.
    7. Why Malaria… a tiny mosquito, targets 0-6 year olds and pregnant women, while they are sleeping and defenceless. A $6 bednet will prevent that bug from biting someone innocent & defenceless
    8. Why Microfinance.. Investing in entrepreneurs is one of the greatest ways of helping people abroad, help themselves.
    9. Why help women & girls… they are among the most vulnerable, forgotten and taken advantage of in a myriad of ways
    10. Other ideas/causes…preferably novel solutions to old problems (ie I’m hoping someone has some expertise or insight into the fostering/adopting of children in
