Hi everyone, I'm really excited to share this unique experience with you. I've gotten trained in amazing form of exercise called IntenSati. It's a cardiovascular workout that combines positive affirmations to create powerful change in your body, mind and spirit.

Learn how to stop being a worrier or a complainer in your life and how to become a warrior. Someone who feels they can handle what life brings there way and can manifest the life they want to be living!

This class will be taking what you usually experience in my meetups and putting it into motion!

-Positive psychology lovers who are curious about experiencing it through their body
-People looking to manifest positive changes in their lives
-Anyone that is tired of the negative, toxic and worrying thoughts in their head and wants to transform them!
