Okay - so that last meetup was totally wild. We had a lot more than 200 people there and hit the fire marshall's limit of the building - whoa! Thanks again to the team at IDEO for hosting us all (Kyle Doerksen++ for setting it up) - it was great times!
The Next Meetup: March 5th
This installment of the meetup is shaping up to be big too. The CAD / design extraordinaires at Autodesk are our sponsors this time around, and they're hosting us in their beautiful Autodesk Gallery in downtown SF from 6pm to 9pm.
Demos, at 6:30pm
We had more demand for demos than time, so this time I'd like to let those who haven't presented yet have the first spots (max of 20 spots, 2 minutes each) - sign up on the March 5, 2013 tab on the Demo Spreadsheet. For the uninitiated, this is a 2 minute demo / talk to the whole group with a hard time limit. There's no powerpoint, etc. - just you, a microphone, and hopefully your prototype/product.

Also, we've been growing this forum, and now have over 1,300 subscribers! If you want to talk hardware startups online, this is the best community to do so: http://www.reddit.com/r/hwstartups
Hardware Startup Volunteer Meetup
I haven't scheduled it yet, but I'm looking people to help with the group, and we're all going to be meeting up pretty soon. If you'd like to participate, please let me know. Whether it's building this group, organizing a sub-group (like "How to do X", or "Gadgets like Y"), or anything you want to contribute to the hardware movement.
As always, let me know if I can help, and hope to see you guys at the meetup!
