About Harford and Cecil Hikers

This meetup is for any level of ages. This is a meeting place for people in Harford and Cecil county and surrounding area to go hiking or to do other outdoor activities together.

Come join us to try us out! There will be a membership fee of $5/6-months to be active members or $1/event pay as you go. You choose which fee option you want base on how frequent your participation is. Payment can be made by cash in person to the organizer of the event or online by PayPal to HarfordCecilHikers@comcast.net. The entire collected money will only be used for the group activities such as the monthly meetup fee (including winter months when we are not very active), trail.com membership, maps, park pass or any cost that may be needed and will be disclosed to members at the "Money" link. Rose is the group treasurer. I ask that assistant organizers help me collecting the fee and forwarding to Rose.

Other thing I ask all members is to be as accurate as possible about your attending in an event. Last minutes changes? Understandable, but please remember to change your RSVP accordingly. "Maybe" on the meeting day is considered "No". You still can come if you can, but you may not be included in last-minute changing decision.

Please also note that even though we will try to be safe and caring for members as we can, any outing events may involve some risk and you are responsible for your own risk to participate in any of our events. Be prepared, know your level and ask questions if you are unsure!
