The Baltimore HDR Rangers Meetup Group has scheduled a shoot at the Baltimore Museum of Industry (BMI) on Saturday March 9th. We wanted to make you aware of this one as it will provide all of us another opportunity to work with Reb Orrell who is an award winning HDR photographer.
Baltimore has long been recognized as a major industrial center and is home to the nation’s first passenger railway, oldest gas company, first traffic light, and many other inventions and innovations. The BMI’s collections showcase how the city developed from a small trading post to a thriving industrial center. The collections, and outside view of the harbor are great HDR subjects.
There is no charge from the Harford County Photography Group or the Baltimore HDR Rangers, however, the museum charges an entrance fee of $12 for adults and $9 for Seniors (62+).
Take I-95 south through Fort McHenry Tunnel. Stay in right lane of right tube. Exit 55 for Key Highway. Right at light onto Key Highway. Museum is on right just past third light. Use first gate.
