Walking Lunges (100 yards) Jump Squats (100 yards) Bear Crawl (100 yards)
Pull Ups (10) Single Leg Calf Raises (15 each Leg) Hanging Crunches (15) Single Leg Pistol Squats (15 each Leg)
Dumbbell Cling Press (15 each Arm) Bench Step Ups (50) Dumbbell Curl (15 each Arm) Ab Twists (25)
Shuttle Sprint (100 yards) Planks (1 minute)
All exercises can be modified based on your fitness level. Bring your energy, water, and wear gloves!
