We're a loose connection of individuals that know we have more creativity than we've expressed, more talents than we've explored. We each are curious and want to enrich our lives in myriad ways. We embrace life and investigate new ideas. We relish the differences in each of us. And we have FUN.
Art in its myriad forms, is our foundation and touchstone. We're aware that function does not exclude beauty; and we can see the beauty in function.
We know or hope to learn the synergistic power of creating together. Playing together, we can feel the energy building and our juices flowing. Ideas, concepts, and joy erupt as the creative energy gains momentum. We embody HARMONY within ourselves.
The world around always astounds us with the energy of building storms, a vermillion sunset, the first blossom opening to the sun in our garden, or someone walking down the street whistling a song. We don't have to be reminded to stop and smell the flowers. Our friends are always trying to get us away from smelling the flowers and to "get back on track".
Let's dance, play music, make spirit dolls, paint, write, smile at strangers and improve the world around us with our positive energy.

I've studied seven years with Gordy Ryan, two years with Ade Harris, two years plus with Karim Koumbasa, as well as a year with Naby Camara. I've performed with the St. Croix Blues Society 4 years and will be performing with them again this year. Additonally, I've played w/ Gordy's student band Mamako, All of Us, and taught beginning hand-drumming at Flute Quest the past three years.
