I have had a life long interest in photography. I shot film, mostly black and white, for a number of years, using both a 35 mm and medium format camera, with a lot of darkroom time. I have gradually made my way into the digital world, with some working knowledge of Photoshop. It is becoming my new darkroom. I do fine art nature photography, mostly, including landscapes, nature, macro flowers, and so on. I just ordered the new macro book and have discovered that I am a new fan of Harold Davis, and want to become a student of his! :)
Intermediate to advanced.
I would love to learn about light box photography, and love the translucent images. I plan to attend the workshop in Berkeley, coming up soon. I live in Minnesota, and am prepared to do some fun indoor photography, during the cold winter months! Thank you for this opportunity to be a part of this group.
I live in Minneapolis, and looking forward to the upcoming workshop, Photographing Flowers for Transparency, on Saturday, Dec. 1.
