We practice mindfulness in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh and Plum Village. Our practice is non-violent to the body and mind. We are inclusive group and encourage others in whatever faith based background they bring to our community. There is no dogma to memorize, nothing to believe or not believe. We are building in Harrisburg what we hope will be a safe, supportive community for a practice that can quickly show results, where members support each other in mindful living, and where community members can transform suffering in the energy and love of a community. We have learned from experience there is an energy in collective meditation that one can not find in solo practice. Buddha and Jesus set out from the start to build community (Sangha). It is a good example. We are the resistance to the speed, aggression and violence of culture. Everyone  of you who reads this has un-countable moments in life when love, compassion, self sacrifice and generosity has bloomed. You've already arrived, we water these seeds together as a mindful community. No experience required.  Join the FB  discussion already underway by clicking on link above. Any problems email Jim Ebaugh or Annette Pulaski
