Let's practice mindfulness meditation together.

Training our minds, to open our hearts.

We are a group of meditation practitioners who gather on Monday evenings at 7:30  pm at the Harrisburg Friends Meeting House to practice together. We begin by coming into the room and into meditation. A greeter is available to give instructions to new meditators. A brief welcome and introduction is followed by a 20 minute guided meditation. Then, we read and discuss various readings. Currently, we are reading Pema Chodron's Start Where You Are. We close with a second period of meditation lasting about 20 minutes.


The Friends Meeting House is located at 1100 North 6th St, Harrisburg, PA 17102.


New practitioners are welcome. We look forward to practicing with you.

    I'd love to start trying meditation again. I haven't heard from Steve in a while, though, and he used to bring me, because I don't drive. I hope he is okay.
