If so, try our Laughter Club! Many people say it is a life-changing, exhilarating experience.
We use laughter as exercise, and we play simple games and do deep breathing techniques. Participating is fun and easy! People of all physical abilities and ages are welcome.
CLOTHING/WATER: Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended. Yoga mats not necessary. A water bottle is also a good idea.
TIME: 7 pm - 8 pm
