Want to strengthen your immune system and fend off colds better? Want relief from chronic pain? Want some low-impact aerobic exercise?
If so, try our Laughter Club! Many people say it is a life-changing, exhilarating experience. Meet other laughter-loving folks!
We use laughter as exercise, and we play simple games and do deep breathing techniques. Participating is fun and easy! People of all physical abilities and ages are welcome.
6:00 pm -7:00 pm: Laughter Yoga
7:15 pm – 9:00 pm: Optional potluck dinner and Talk on "How to Use Food as Medicine for Chronic Health Issues".

CLOTHING/WATER: Water bottle and comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended.No yoga mats.
COST: Donations requested to cover Meetup costs and other publicity efforts. $1 - $10. No one turned away due to a lack of funds. No pressure to donate.
Free parking in the back of the ArtSpace building. The entrance to the parking lot is between the 84 ramp and the ArtSpace building at 555 Asylum. Ignore the “Resident Parking Only" sign.
