We will be exploring how to develop greater confidence using laughter and power poses. The class’s confidence theme was inspired by a TED talk given by Amy Cuddy, a social psychologist and Harvard Business School professor. Her advice: “Don't fake it till you make it. Fake it till you become it.”
Although it’s been up on Youtube less than a year, it’s become one of the most popular TED talks with nearly 1.9 million views. You can view it HERE.
