I enjoyed sharing this experience with you and 12 other meditators, Gina. I love this practice because you can do it any time you have 12-15 minutes. Everyone I know who practices it regularly comments on how important it has become for them - how it has helped them with their depression, anxiety, stress; improved their focus and clarity, etc. Hope you are able to make use of it as well.
