I recently became very health conscious since reading Eat to Live by Dr. Joel Fuhrman. I'm looking to meet new people who share similar views about nutrition.
I'm what's called a nutritarian. I eat predominately high nutrient foods such as vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts and seeds, and whole grains.
I like both raw and cooked.
