About Anantagiri:About Anantagiri:Anantagiri is 6 kms from vikarabad and 80 kms from hyderabad. Anantagiri is a great getaway from the pollution and stress of the city life that gets unbearable with the heat and the dust.Nature lovers and tourists are attracted by unchallenged beauty of this place. If lucky we shall find some of the rarest and exotic birds like indian pitta, indian roller and Asian paradise flycatcher.

Itinerary:

6:30 meet up at gachibowli cross roads
6:40 start to vikarabad
8:30 reach vikarabad
9:00 mild trek and search for camping spot
9:30 dinner
10:00 camp fire
10:30 exploring in teams
1:00 am bed time under the starry blanket sky
5:30 am wake up call and start to kotpally
11:00 am start back to hyderabad

What to wear:
1) track pants , full sleeves & shoes
2) jacket or sweater as it will be pretty cold
3) monkey cap

What to bring: (mandatory)
1)A strong Back-Pack (preferably water proof).

2) torch with 2 new batteries.

2)Sleeping bag/ blanket (thick) as its winter and nights are going to be quite chilly.

3) Water bottle (enough to carry at least 2 liters of water).
Few old news papers ( may be 4 would be fine).
4) an extra pair in case u wish to swim.
5)A small pocket knife ( if you have a Victorinox -SWISS ARMY knife then great..).
6)Some tissue/toilet paper.
7)Insect repellant (ex. Odomos).
8)Energy Food ( Chocolate bars, Flavored milk, Electrolyte drinks - Glucon-D, etc ).
9)Garbage bag to collect any litter we may create (or other people have created).

Guidelines:

Strictly no alcohol during the whole trip.

Cancellation will not be considered unless there is anyone replacing that seat.
