Hey looks like a great turnout for party tonight. I'm making lovely roast pork, so y'all bring your favourite dishes and an ornament and we'll have loads of fun.

For the ornament exchange. Everyone brings an ornament wrapped up or in a bag. Then everyone is given a number. Number one goes first and picks a bag and unwraps the ornament. Then number two goes. They can either take the ornament from number one or unwrap a new one. If they take the ornament from number one that person gets to pick a new one. Then number three goes and they can take the ornament from number one or number two or pick a new one. And so it goes on, an ornament can only be taken three times.
