I meet people every day who have the smarts (head), who know their job and have read many books on leadership and yet.... they are not leaders.
People with a good heart are all over and they work hard at helping and doing and caring and they want to make a difference in a bigger way and yet... they are not the leaders who make a bigger difference.
Soulful people are somewhat less common in my experience , maybe they are too busy with life to stop and take in the grandiosity and paradoxical insignificance of the moment . Depth resides here, many people believe they have depth and soulfulness and yet... others don't experience them that way.
So what do I do to connect the smart brain with the loving brain and the soulful brain and body?
Most books on Leadership gloss over this connection or speak about it without offering much about how to develop and connect these elements.
Instead we simply create the reality and practice. We hold each other accountable, learn to listen, learn patience and have some fun untangling all the old learning stepping into new ways of being.
Gift yourself the time to come and see what we have to offer, there are no books or tapes or other workshops for sale, no private coaching contracts. I'd prefer that you make an offering to cover the facility and other miscellaneous costs but there is no obligation to do so. I do ask that you bring a potluck food offering, perhaps something culturally significant to you.
The groups offered afterwards are optional and the fees are designed to cover costs, it's as low a cost option to have a great support group that exists on the market. Not only that but I turn no one away just because of money.
Register at http://eventbrite.notlong.com , read the instructions and see you at one of the workshops.
