Come join us and learn how to make Fresh Italian Tortelloni. We will create the fresh pasta, filling and then form the little bundles of joy that will become the Tortelloni that our Italian Fall Meal with focus on.
Italian Fall Menu:
-Wild Mushroom Crostin with Fresh Herbs
-Squash Tortelloni with Spinach and Fontina Cream
-Radicchio, Pear, and Fennel Salad with Anise Orange Dressing
-Crisp Tuscan Almond Cookies with Vin Santo
This is a wonderful fall/winter ensemble of dishes that you are sure to revisit throughout the winter months.
Depending on the size of the group that signs up, we may be preparing the whole meal during the 3 hour meet-up. If it ends up being a smaller group, we will prepare the fresh pasta, filling and sauce for the main course during our time together and all other courses will be prepared in advance due to time constraints. We have a minimum of 12 Meet-Up members who must sign up for the event to take place.
Everyone/couple, please bring a bottle of wine to share that you feels pairs with our menu selections.
