Flash Mob: Silent Meditation & Sound Bath

Our last event at Wrightsville was so peaceful, profound and healing that we felt we should do another there. Next MedMob gathering is coming up! Please let everyone you know that we'd love to get together and share our intentions for Universal love and healing as a group on the beach in front of our Divine ocean and Heavenly stars.

On Sunday, June 29th at 7:30 pm at Wrightsville Beach on the beach (south side of Crystal Pier outside the Oceanic) a large group of sitting meditators will exude an inner peace, strength, and happiness intended to brighten the day of every observer. The mediation is scheduled for an hour and will conclude with 10 minutes of a sound bath. We are gathering together to also celebrate the arrival of the Summer Solstice!

"The inner peace we are sharing is real and the bridge we are creating between our inner greatness and our modern society is a choice that will impact us for generations to come."

Wilmingtonians and travelers will be exposed to a tidal wave of silence and bliss they may have never experienced before.

Our Goal:

-To expose the World to meditation through public display of meditation.
-To create an environment for people from all walks of life to come together in meditation.
-To come together as a Global Community to create & expand positive intention & action.

Even with the sprinkles and threat of rain, we had a blissful time being together. <3

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
