This time, our circle will unfold around healthy, nurturing meal. Please bring your favorite brunch item, such as cake or pie of your mother's recipe. We'll share our meal and our stories and process emotional traumas related with our mothers. I'll teach you a simple exercise-meditation to help you in this healing process. We'll do together a long-distance healing for our mothers and healing for each other.
One requirement: your meal has to contain organic ingredients and to be gluten-free. Please substitute processed sugar with honey and salt with Bragg's aminoacids. You are welcome to bring your selection of tea.
