NEW: Healing Co-Dependency Group
Becoming Self-Worthy
What if there were a way to stop ignoring yourself in order to satisfy the needs of others; to stop allowing others to dictate how you feel about yourself or how you react in a given situation? That way does exist with Emotional Freedom Technique and Hypnosis. Through the use of EFT and Hypnosis, our ultimate goal, learning to nurture a sense of self-worth, can be successfully attained.

Some Symptoms of Co-Dependency
1. Feeling responsible for another’s behavior. 2. Being unable to maintain relationships. 3. Being non-assertive. 4. Fearful of how another will react to your saying ‘no’ 5. Feeling rejected 6. Feeling victimized 7. Being overly self-critical 8. Judging yourself by the ideals of others. 9. Putting others needs first. 10. Wanting to do everything yourself. 11. Your outlook depends on feelings, thoughts, of others around you 12. Fear of confrontation.
What Can I Expect from these Sessions?
Most importantly, you can expect to meet others who are experiencing the same self-doubts, fears and issues as you. You’re never alone here. You can expect support from all of us who have been there and want to break this co-dependent habit. You can expect to hear others’ stories of co-dependency and offer feedback. You can expect to learn to recognize, attend to, and heal the child within who so desperately needs you. And through group support and exercises in Emotional Freedom Technique and Hypnosis, you can expect to become self-worthy.
