Now Meeting in Chelmsford, MA. We are a small caring group of people looking to keep healing, and help our meeting grow. We meet every Wednesday at 7:00pm in Chelmsford, MA. We are open to survivors of any trauma. At our meetings, we typically have healing discussions on healing topics such as healing past trauma (such as sexual abuse, domestic violence, other assaults-) and of course how we can seek out happiness and joy today while trying to heal.
Our meetings have enough gentle guidelines to encourage a supportive environment, but few rules. One of our core principles is that we each have the ability to shape our own healing path. We are not professionals- just fellow survivors seeking our own healing. We cannot tell anyone else how to heal. We will talk about different challenges we face, and what healing ideas we are trying on our own journey.
