Join this ongoing meditation group which meets weekly on Monday eveningss to be with likeminded individuals who want to relax and remove stress from their can join in at anytime.each week we practice breathing techniques and guided meditations that change weekly .We will explore different types of meditations,visualization ,and mindfulness .Blankets and pillows supplied .Chairs for those who would like to sit instead of lay during meditation.Bring water and a notebook if you would like to write about your meditation.10$ suggested but any donation to pay for our space will be accepted with loving gratitude.the actual meditation begins promptly at 7:45 so please be on time thank you
