Apologies for not getting back to you sooner (thought messages would arrive in inbox like fb) and have only just seen your message! Would love to give a talk to the group sometime on 'The Resilient Therapist' if it would be of interest.

Yes, Buteyko stopped my chronic (sometimes life-threatening) asthma completely - no meds needed for over 10 years! I've added relaxation techniques, NLP etc so it's a more complete package for my clients.
