Susan Baida, Co-founder and President, eCareDiary.com
Susan Baida is the Co-founder and President of eCareDiary.com, an award-winning website for caregivers of aging parents. eCareDiary offers e-tools to help families organize appointments, medications, legal documents and communications with their private care circle. eCareDiary has been featured in USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and in AARP’s “11 Technologies You’ll Want Now” alongside Skype and Google. Prior to eCareDiary, Susan was Vice President of Brand Marketing at Starwood Hotels where she successfully rebranded hotel franchises to address the business travel market and expanded their online presence. She spent the previous 16 years in the cosmetic industry as a marketing executive for Estee Lauder, Clinique, and Avon launching new product lines and tailoring brands for global expansion. Susan brings to eCareDiary a wealth of experience in consumer and on-line marketing. eCareDiary was founded based on her personal experiences managing care for aging family members. Susan cared for her father-in-law who suffered from Parkinson’s disease and currently oversees care for her own parents. She is responsible for day to day operations, licensing and marketing. Susan is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
John Pastor, CEO, Community Elf
Jon Pastor is the founder and CEO of Community Elf, a Pittsburgh-based social media marketing start-up that manages the social media presence for over 200 companies, including many healthcare organizations. Community Elf has built a technology platform that monitors the internet for interesting content related to the healthcare industry and uses that content to create engaging social media profiles for healthcare payors and providers at a cost lower than developing content internally or hiring a marketing agency. Community Elf's tools also monitor and help improve online reviews. Since its founding 2 years ago, Community Elf has grown to over 20 employees in the Pittsburgh Region. Before starting Community Elf, Jon worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, leading consulting teams to help clients resolve strategic issues and significantly improve their operating results. He also served as a Manager at Microsoft Xbox.. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 2006 and his BA from Case Western Reserve University in 2000. He was also a Fulbright scholar at Japan’s Kobe University from 2000 to 2001.

Christine Robins, CEO, BodyMedia, Inc.
Christine Robins is currently the Chief Executive Officer of BodyMedia, Inc., a pioneering market leader in wearable body monitors. BodyMedia’s devices are unparalleled in the marketplace, and equip professionals and consumers with rich information to manage a range of health conditions impacted by lifestyle choices.
Prior to joining BodyMedia, Christine was the CEO of Philips Oral Healthcare where she led the global Sonicare® brand to significant sales and share growth. Christine also has extensive experience in a wide range of marketing and finance capacities gained during her 17 years at S.C. Johnson, where she ran notable brands such as Raid® insecticides, Glade® air fresheners, and Aveeno® skin care.
With this background rooted in global multi-national companies and an entrepreneurial zeal essential to lead a high technology upstart, Chris is passionate about developing turnaround strategies, building teams, and driving innovation.
A noted speaker, Christine has delivered presentations at universities such as Harvard, Stanford and Duke, as well as keynotes at industry shows such as the Consumer Electronics Show, Health 2.0 and CTIA. She holds a degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Marquette University.
