Engine 2 28-Day Challenge Orientation

If you're ready to have a fresh start for 2013, the Engine 2, 28-day Challenge is a great way to do just that! If you'd like to learn more about the diet, go to and check it out. I will be holding weekly meetings on Mondays at 7pm and Saturdays at 10am to help guide participants during the 28 days.     Outstanding. The food was great, Becca is a wonderful teacher, and the material is very important. As a cardiac nurse and as a former cardiac patient, I'd like to say that if this kind of diet was more commonly followed in our country, the prevalence of heart disease, and probably other diseases, would drop quite a bit. Thanks to Whole Foods for doing this.
