Totally Free Bootcamp! We just love getting together and Working out with awesome people - All Fitness Levels welcome. We start off with a fun Game of DodgeBall for a warm up (don't worry - we aren't like the Globo gym people) Alternately - some people walk for a warm up.
After the warm up - we get into a full Body workout, lead by one of the inspiring leaders of this group. No weights are needed. Just bring a towel! Oh yeah - and some water :)
We average around 50-70 attendees, but fully plan to be around 150 by the end of summer - It's totally free, so bring a friend, or come meet some, and Join us!
