I went to a class with an instructor who called it 'Biosync Rhythms.' This class is a mix of Brazilian dance/drumming/capoeira, yoga, pilates and cardio all in one- AMAZING.... she actually designed it to retrain the brain to balance out the left and right hemispheres. Life is changing for me.
Maybe we could do a meetup there. There's a seminar room there too. We could always hold a workshop or info session, and then join in a fitness class :)
