Bi-weekly meeting

Hi,

Sorry for the delay. So the general feedback from the group has been to meet on Sunday evenings every two weeks in a central area. Some people have suggested Queens Park for a beginner walk/run on a Sunday evening at 5PM followed by a short discussion about setting goals and tips etc. Could you let me know who may be interested in this.

Also, if anyone has a group fitness background and you are interested in leading an outdoor yoga or sport conditioning session, please let me know ASAP.

A top pliates instructor in Toronto has volunteered to run an outdoor pilates session at one of our meetings. So that is an option as well.

Please let me know your thoughts as we need to book this as soon as possible.
