Raw Bar By Duncan Ly is a unique and award winning restaurant with a Vietmodern twist. The food is fresh, locally sourced and there are plenty of gluten-free options, as well as no MSG being used in any of Chef Duncan Ly’s exquisite creations.
The décor is beautiful and the environment of the restaurant is relaxing with top notch service.
I have dined at this restaurant many times and had fabulous appetizers, entrees and desserts created by the talented and amazing Chef Karine Moulin who was just on top Chef Canada season 4.
All of her desserts are gluten, refined sugar and dairy free, which is a rarity in this city! (so come with room for dessert).
