This is a group for anyone who would like to embark on a journey towards fitness and a healthier lifestyle, but needs as much support as possible. Together with team members and sponsor’s who can be there either physically or just a phone call away at that weak moment, we can help each surpass our goals. With fun and exciting food and fitness goals and challenges. We will have food preparation and juice sessions at volunteer locations, and accountability meetings, trainers that are willing to give lots of free boot camp and group training sessions also!!! Teamwork makes the dream work!!! This group’s focus is mainly transitioning to a more vegetarian and 80% raw vegan lifestyle along with, learning safe physical exercises in and out of the gym. Come join us!!
