Weekly training and coaching Runs

Meet Every Tues and Thurs at 6:30 pm at Edmonton Park Parking Lot off Woodmen Rd.  We generally run the Santa Fe Trail.  May run the surrounding neighborhoods or change locations week by week.  Please download an iphone app for interval training such as Gymboss or any Interval Training App you find.  You may also use a stop watch.  Beginner runners will especially want to have this.  We do the Run/Walk/Run method as taught by Jeff Galloway.  You will love it and will quickly become a runner if you are not already.
