Learn to make tasty and healthy Japanese delicacies.

You will learn how easy it is to create tasty Japanese food without going through complicated procedures. Certain key techniques will be demonstrated.

The most important thing in my class is that you are having fun while you learn. After cooking is done, you will enjoy the dishes you cooked.

The menu:

Miso soup with seasonal vegetables

Roasted soy beans with rice cooked in twig tea

Fried squid with fermented salt

Roasted soy beans with vegetables

Black sesame seeds pudding (vegan)

    Reiko taught some new techniques with the rice, salad and miso soup which were interesting and delicious. The menu as always was great - I really loved the fried shio-koji squid.
