Vegetarian Japanese cooking

Learn to make tasty and healthy Japanese delicacies.

You will learn how easy it is to create tasty Japanese food without going through complicated procedures. Certain key techniques will be demonstrated.

The most important thing in my class is that you are having fun while you learn. After cooking is done, you will enjoy the dishes you cooked.
The menu:
Lotus root tofu burger
Udon noodle with sesame miso sauce
Tororo kombu kelp and umeboshi plum soup
Seasonal vegetable salad
Japanese yam miso mochi
