Learn to make tasty and healthy Japanese delicacies.

You will learn how easy it is to create tasty Japanese food without going through complicated procedures. Certain key techniques will be demonstrated.

The most important thing in my class is that you are having fun while you learn. After cooking is done, you will enjoy the dishes you cooked.
The menu:
Japanese style ceviche with fish
Japanese Turnip and beet sushi rice
Seasonal vegetables salad
Warabi mochi

    The cerviche was delicious, and all the dishes were easy to make. The vegetable sushi making technique was very clever, everyone had a lot of fun making them. Making the mochi was also very fun! All in all a great class.

    When something is already very very good you would think is difficult to improve it. Reiko does it. Each class is better than the last. Looking forward to being marveled again soon.
