Let's learn to make a Ramen and other dishes!

Hello! I thought it will be perfect to end the winter with some hot Ramen noodle (it will be pork broth base) so here are some Ramen classes in February. Making ramen soup is a bit of work but definitely worth it!

The menu will be 

Butano kakuni Japanese style braised pork belly in sweet soy sauce with egg and daikon radish 

Special Ramen in pork broth 

Seasonal vegetable salad 

Shiratama zenzai mochi in sweet azuki beans
