I just visited Japan and loved the food. Would love to learn how to make it at home!
This was a really fun cooking class. I learned a lot about interesting Japanese ingredients I always wondered about, plus a few I'd never heard of that help to add that special Japanese flavor. The dishes we made were delicious and seem accessible to reproduce at home. I will hopefully be visiting Reiko's class again sometime!
