I love leeks and they go with everything! I recently made quinoa mixed with sauteed leeks and a squirt of lemon, served with sauteed kale and salmon. It was delicious.
Jazzercise was my favorite exercise but I've quit and started working out on my own. Now I run on the track at my gym. I don't enjoy it but it's motivating.
Obviously to lose weight and become a healthier person overall. My more specific goal is to run/walk my first 5K.
I'm not a morning person (especially when it comes to exercise) so I'd ideally like to meet midday, however I can meet in the morning too.
