What is your favorite healthy food/meal?

I love leeks and they go with everything! I recently made quinoa mixed with sauteed leeks and a squirt of lemon, served with sauteed kale and salmon. It was delicious.

What is your favorite exercise?

Jazzercise was my favorite exercise but I've quit and started working out on my own. Now I run on the track at my gym. I don't enjoy it but it's motivating.

What is your overall goal?

Obviously to lose weight and become a healthier person overall. My more specific goal is to run/walk my first 5K.

When would be the best time for you to meet?

I'm not a morning person (especially when it comes to exercise) so I'd ideally like to meet midday, however I can meet in the morning too.


Hi, I'm Cathy and I'm working very hard to become a healthier person and lose weight. I'm training to join my first 5K; I currently run/walk about 2.5 miles in about 30 minutes.
