No one was more surprised than I when I began a health cleanse that was supposed to last only one week but I liked how I felt, so I just remained on this healthy "Vegan Food Plan". I consume mostly raw fruits and vegetables. It's easy, I'm happy!
This was my first meet up with LI Raw Vegans and I will attend other events as they come up. I would like to learn more about the benefits of raw fruits and vegetables.
