The Manhattan Chapter’s Chair, Anne Pope, will lead a discussion of the challenges associated with hearing loss and their potential solutions.

Come ask questions and get responses based on life experiences of fellow members of HLAA and the audience, or be pointed in the right direction for more resources.

The meeting room has a hearing loop that you can use with the t-switches on your hearing aids. For those without t-switches, a few headsets are available. Real-time captioning is also provided by our CART reporter, Lauren Schecter.

The meeting room is wheel chair accessible; the library has an elevator. However, if you need it, call the library at [masked] to make sure it's running.

Refreshments/socializing: 5:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Meeting: 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Due to sch conflict I can't go. I'm sorry as I was very much looking forward to this meeting. For those of you going, you are in for a treat! The chapter has many members (many not listed @ Meetup) who have a wealth of good experiences to share.
