Please note: TUES MORNING HIKE
Usual fitness hike format = 1 hr total = approx 10min strength training + 40 min hike + 10 minute stretch
Please follow the speed limits and stop signs because park rangers enforce the traffic rules. At the bottom of the canyon, be sure to veer LEFT towards the Lake and park at the Nature Center parking lot. I'll meet you by the parking lot.
Please bring your water, hats, sunscreen, etc AND a post-workout snack like trail mix or almonds.
