Heart of Now holds dynamic weekend workshops in Eugene and Portland where we practice being present in every moment, not just by ourselves but with others. Through this practice we find connection, healing, transformation, clarity, and joy. <br>We also hold by-donation practice groups and introductions in Eugene and Portland.
