2014 Winter Stitch-a-Long (Hats for the Homeless)

Operation PBJ, website: http://www.operationpbj.com/ assembles bags of items for the Homeless. Included in these bags are peanut butter and jelly sandwiches – Hence OperationPBJ!  How cool is that?  In addition they provide toiletries and seasonal items such as hats, gloves, and scarves!  This is where Heart to Hand can assist. From now until April 15 our Winter Stitch-a-Longwill be hats for the homeless.  Any pattern goes, knit or crochet, adult sizes only.  Any warm fiber can beused including acrylic, wool and wool blends. Please bring completed hats to any of the Heart to Hand Meetups.  I will hand deliver hats to Operation PBJ. Participation is optional but encouraged

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
