Sorry for the confusion on this one guys. I will modify the future events to have better details on the start of the hike location.

sorry, Courtnay Micots....I am not the organizer, I just led the hike...
there is only one way in and one way out of the Circle B Bar....I will edit what the organizer typed in to be clearer...I will leave on the time stated, though....maybe wait five minutes or so......

and I do not have a sign and I will not put up signs at the reserve.
I do not have those kind of resources, sorry, again

There may be only one paved road in and out, but there are several trail heads. We are simply suggesting an edit to clarify where the starting point is.

Or should everyone, especially new people, simply wander around hoping to stumble across someone wearing a heartland t-shirt? Not a good way to retain new members....

Disappointing and Frustrating. My suggestions to organizer: post place to park, place to meet and your phone number. I spent 20 minutes looking for the group this morning. :(

I agree with needing to post a specific point to meet in these parks. The two hikes I have been to have been very questionable on where to go due to the multiple places to meet in the park and multiple trails. However I have not had a problem because I arrive very early. The group becomes obvious and stands out at some point. But still these parks are big and a group could be in another area and driving from one to the other would not be necessary if posted. Today we left on the hike right on the scheduled time if not a minute or two earlier from the parking lot. If anyone arrived 1 minute late you probably would not have found us, 10 minutes early it should have been easy if driving through the park and not stopping and waiting in one location. We were at the main buildings area parking lots.
